Alessandro Massimillasenior chartering manager (panamax desk) Graduated from Genoa University with degree in Politics Science in 2001. At the beginning of 2002 was employed by Coeclerici Spa where developed his experience as cape/panamax operator. In October 2004 when the company has moved to Monaco under the new name of CTM, Alessandro joined the chartering department as panamax trader mainly focused on Far Eastern business. In 2009, as senior chartering manager, he was then appointed as responsible for the company`s Atlantic portfolio. Over the last few years he has been also involved in the derivatives market trading FFA occasionally. Joined Aquavita in February 2011.

Serge Bulansenior chartering manager (panamax desk) Graduated from Odessa State Academy with Master's degree in Deep Sea Navigation in 1993. Was working as 4th and 3rd officer on board of dry cargo vessels. In 1995-1996 completed the City University Business School and graduated as MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance. In 1996 joined Ocean Agencies in London as a Ship Operations Manager. Continued his carrier by joining in 2003 Maersk Broker London. Gained valuable experience in chartering and knowledge of global shipping markets. Joined Aquavita in January 2009.

Konstantin Tkachchartering manager (supramax desk) Started his career in 1998 as an operations executive at TRAIS Ltd - a major Ukrainian freight forwarding company. Was simultaneously studying at Odessa Maritime University which graduated with a master's degree in 2002. In 2003 became a chartering broker at SBS Linko Shipping Ltd. Was fixing 30-40 vessels (from coasters to panamax) annually for cargoes of Ukrainian, Russian and European traders. Afterwards was working at the position of chartering manager. He was a radio officer from 1984 till 1995, afterwards landed ashore and for 3 years was a dry cargo broker at NordMorService Ltd, Murmansk. From 1998 until 2006 was employed as a chartering manager at TransCom Shipping Ltd - time charter operator. In 2006 moved to Greece and was working until February 2007 as a dry cargo broker at Prime Maritime Inc., Piraeus. Joined Aquavita in March 2007.

Evgeniy LavrenkoCEO Graduated from Odessa Maritime University in 1991. Had opportunity to work in crewing, agency and survey companies from 1991 until 1995. Afterwards from 1995 to 1996 was employed as a traffic executive of Metalinvest Inc - company trading raw materials between Ukraine, China and Turkey. Was one of the founders and chartering director of Industrial Carriers Inc. The company was started from scratch in 1999 and until 2006 was developed to maintain annual turnover of around 5 mio tons of cargo. Left ICI to open Aquavita in 2006, nowadays the company became a leading operator moving cargoes from CIS countries.

Boris Jivotenkomanaging director After graduation from Leningrad High Engineering Maritime College in 1977 Boris Jivotenko started his work on tankers and gas carriers at the Latvian Shipping Company. In 1985 was admitted to The Academy of Foreign Trade, and after completion of which was employed as chief specialist and chief dispatcher in The Ministry of Merchant Marine in Moscow. From 1989 till 1991 worked in The Committee of Safety Navigation in The International Maritime Organization of the UN. Since 1992 worked in Banchero Costa in Genoa, developing tankers and dry bulk projects. Joined Aquavita in February 2011.
